Ideal for achieving cool shades of red, softening warm, coppery tones. Thanks to its astringent properties, it also adds shine to the hair. For visible color results and good color correction, it is recommended to always use it in combination with coloring powders.
The use of pure Red Sandalwood powder is not recommended because it does not allow for very intense color results. Added instead to Lawsonia powder (Red Henna No. 2 or No. 3), and even with the addition of Hibiscus, Madder, or Alkanet, it becomes an excellent ally for obtaining cool red highlights.
