Processing Methods and Communication to Third Parties

Personal data will be processed exclusively by Phitofilos Srl staff and by collaborators or companies appropriately appointed as External Data Processors by the Data Controller, such as IT service providers, technical support companies, and communications service providers. Some services (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook, MailUp, Shopify) involve the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are carried out in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Outside of these circumstances, the data will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated, except as specifically provided for by national or European Union law.
Data processing does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling, pursuant to Art. 22 of the GDPR.
Data retention
- Your collected personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Data collected for purposes related to the Data Controller's legitimate interest will be retained until such interest is fulfilled. Upon expiration of the retention period, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless required by law. From that point, it will no longer be possible to exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR regarding such data.
Rights of interested parties
At any time, you may exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 of the Regulation against the Data Controller. Specifically, you have the right to request:
