Ideal for nourishing, strengthening, and adding volume to hair. Its soothing properties relieve irritated skin. The literal translation of Bhringraj (also called "Maka") is "King of Hair," and in Ayurvedic medicine it is known for its multiple benefits. In particular, it is recommended to combat hair loss and prevent premature graying. Recommended in combination with Amla, Rosa Damascena, or Althea.
Mix the required amount of powder with warm water until a paste is formed that is not too thick. Apply generously to clean, slightly damp hair. Wrap with plastic wrap or a shower cap and leave on for 20 to 40 minutes. After the allotted time, rinse without shampooing (the use of the Districante Co-Wash is recommended), and proceed with normal drying.*
*On particularly porous, very light, or recently bleached hair, it may, in some sporadic cases, cause slight darkening.
