Ideal for promoting the growth of healthy, strong hair. Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, is an adaptogenic plant rich in many active ingredients, including flavonoids, amino acids, and minerals. It has important strengthening and antioxidant properties and is therefore a valuable treatment to combat the signs of aging. Recommended in combination with Amla and the Strengthening Pack.
Mix the required amount of powder with warm water until a paste is formed that is not too thick. Apply generously to clean, slightly damp hair. Wrap with plastic wrap or a shower cap and leave on for 45 to 60 minutes. After the allotted time, rinse without shampooing (the use of the Districante Co-Wash is recommended), and proceed with normal drying.
